All products and services are custom-made or on-demand, unless otherwise stated.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) or Norwegian kroner (NOK), including VAT where applicable.
Payment is made in advance via secure third-party providers (e.g. Vipps, Stripe, PayPal).
Work begins once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery

Digital services: Delivered via email, download link, or online platform.

Physical products: Shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery time: approx. 2–3 weeks for CDs, 8–10 weeks for vinyl, plus shipping time.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Physical products (CD, vinyl, merch)

All items are custom-made and non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

Unauthorised returns will not be refunded.
Digital products and services

No refunds on completed or in-progress digital work (e.g. EPKs, design, distribution).

Cancellations of consultations or courses must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
